This is how it continues:
1. print a free shipping label
Please send your items to Foxway as soon as possible. We will send you a free shipping label by email.
2. prepare and unlock your device for shipping
Have you removed all lock codes, activation locks (iCloud), account links (Google account) and passwords?
For Apple devices: Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content & Settings > Erase Now/iPhone.
Check your device status: https://www.icloud.com
For Android devices: Settings > System > Back Up & Reset > Factory Reset > Reset Smartphone > Enter PIN, pattern or password, if applicable.
3. pack devices securely
Please make sure that your items are securely packed when you send them to us. Ideally, you should use the manufacturer's original packaging and pack it again using a second sturdy box. Otherwise, please choose a particularly sturdy box and pad it completely around the inside of the device so that your items arrive safely. Please note: Please only include accessories that are relevant to the price and have been requested. Other accessories will be disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner.
With the free shipping label, your package is insured against loss or damage. Please also note the DHL shipping conditions.
